11020 filling pump: Assisting the construction of Xinlong Mining in Datian, Fujian
The 11020 filling pump was delivered to Fujian Datian Xinlong Mining in an EPC project undertaken by Changsha Mining and Metallurgy Research Institute under China Minmetals Corporation. The SANY filling pump is the only designated product for Xinlong Mining.
Changsha Institute of Mining and Metallurgy has four main majors in the development and utilization of mineral resources: mining, mineral processing, metallurgy, and materials. Since its establishment, it has been the main undertaker of national scientific and technological projects on comprehensive resource utilization. At present, it has reached in-depth cooperation with SANY on multiple metal mine filling projects. With complementary advantages, it will jointly contribute to the development of metal and non-metal mine filling fields at home and abroad.
25016 filling pump: Assisting the construction of Shandong Energy Group's Pengzhuang project
Shandong Energy Group is a large energy enterprise group established by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government in July 2020 by jointly reorganizing the former Yankuang Group and the former Shandong Energy Group. Its Pengzhuang Coal Mine filling and mining construction project includes the construction of an above-ground paste filling station and the construction of the 4305 working face underground. The total contract investment of the paste filling station construction project is more than 70 million yuan, covering an area of 36.7 acres, with a designed annual filling capacity of 800,000 tons. SANY Heavy Industry is responsible for the production and supply of the core filling pumps and crushing equipment in the system. Under various difficult conditions, 3 sets of equipment were delivered to customers ahead of schedule.
The project has been in preparation since April 2023 and has now been fully started. This project is of great significance for liberating the resources under the mine construction, reducing rock burst disasters, and extending the service life of the mine. It is the first filling station construction project in Juye Coalfield. After completion, it will play an important demonstration and leading role in other surrounding mine filling and mining projects.

The hydraulic system adopts multiple groups of power confluence technology: even if part of the power fails, the remaining power can still be pumped in a small displacement, effectively avoiding pipe blockage caused by power failure and ensuring high reliability.
Filling laboratory: In view of the differences between different mines, SANY can provide comprehensive experiments on various filling processes: water seepage, expansion, strength, ring pipe, etc., to determine the best ratio of filling materials.
Distributed pressure monitoring: Multiple pressure monitoring points are arranged on the road. By monitoring the pressure changes, it is accurately judged whether the pipeline is blocked and the specific location of the blockage. The data is transmitted in real time, so that the pressure detection points of the entire pipeline are interconnected to form a pipeline pressure monitoring network system.
Circulating filling pipeline technology: SANY 's patented pipe laying technology adopts a circulating filling pipeline for continuous filling. In case of local blockage, the flow channel can be switched to achieve the purpose of self-dredging of the pipeline.
