On May 31, following the successful conclusion of the 2024 International Customer Festival, the "XCMG New Energy Loader Highlight Moment Witness Meeting" was grandly held at the XCMG Green and Digital Loader Manufacturing Base.

In November 2023, XCMG's first global new energy loader production line was completed and put into production, realizing intelligent detection and monitoring of key control points of the whole machine production, and real-time digital display. Based on 5G+ industrial Internet technology, with an end-to-end business management model, through the information data interconnection between various systems, each sub-assembly line realizes timely data sharing and interconnection.
With the support of various intelligent manufacturing systems, one XCMG new energy loader is rolled off this "young" production line every 25 minutes. In just the past six months, from the initial 50 units to the current 500 units, the monthly production and sales demand of XCMG new energy loaders has exploded, fully meeting the strong demand of the global market.
Lu Chuan said in his speech that technological innovation should lead industrial innovation and accelerate the creation of new quality productivity with XCMG characteristics. Since the implementation of the national "dual carbon" strategy, XCMG loaders have been advancing rapidly in the new energy market, demonstrating the breadth of technical routes and depth of market coverage rarely seen in the industry. Chen Baoqiang spoke highly of XCMG loaders' achievements in the field of new energy. "The inspected products are highly mature and energy-saving, complying with the requirements of GB25684.1 and GB25684.3 safety standards, and the main technical parameters and performance indicators comply with the requirements of GB/T35199-2017 recommended standards." He interpreted the type inspection report of XCMG XC968-EV.
