LiuGong Signs Distribution Agreement with South Africa's GPW

On June 7, LiuGong and GPW Company held a dealership signing ceremony in Johannesburg. The ceremony was attended by Mr. Vasin Govender and Mr. Gavin Santhia, CEO and Technical Director of GPW, along with relevant personnel from LiuGong.

GPW is primarily engaged in mining project contracting, equipment leasing, mining equipment maintenance, and overhaul modifications. The company has a large number of end customers in the mining industry, a well-established after-sales service team, and extensive experience in equipment development and sales. GPW occupies an area of 10,000 square meters, with office and workshop spaces totaling 3,200 square meters.
