In addition to the dust-free, green and mechanized construction of the wall, the SR-V800 high-altitude glass installation robot built by Zoomlion was also highly praised by the research team. According to reports, this equipment adopts a hoisting integrated design and modular design, integrating hoisting, adsorption, transportation and installation functions. It can easily enter the interior of the building and easily lift a piece of glass that is 6 meters long, 2.4 meters wide and weighs 800 kilograms and send it into the frame of the designated location. The entire installation process takes about 7 minutes, which is significantly improved compared to manual operations that take more than a dozen people more than an hour to complete.
