Rescue of Heishui in Aba! XCMG flood drainage "rescue team" goes to battle!

Heavy rain! Flash flood! Emergency, come to rescue! ! Heishui County, Aba Prefecture, Sichuan Province, suffered a short-term heavy rain, which caused flash floods, mudslides and siltation in Luhua Town to rush into the urban area, causing serious road obstruction.

In order to open up the "lifeline" of emergency rescue and disaster relief as soon as possible, XCMG responded to the rescue needs immediately and urgently dispatched 1 joint dredging vehicle and 3 silt removal robots to assemble and set off for rapid rescue and full support for flood prevention and disaster relief work.

After arriving in Aba, the XCMG flood drainage rescue team immediately cooperated with the emergency management department to carry out rescue operations. The drainage, silt removal, equipment maintenance and other work were carried out in an orderly manner. It is a backbone force active at the forefront of flood control and rescue.

On Cailin Road, Heishui County, there is an underground garage with an area of more than 8,000m² and a height of about 4m. Due to the blockage of the nearby flood drainage ditch, a large amount of surrounding mud and sand were washed into the garage, causing waterlogging, and it has been submerged for several days. At the rescue site, XCMG emergency rescue equipment was fully operational, and joint operations were carried out to organize mud and water suction and transportation in a race against time.

The dredging robot pumps water in the garage below the entrance, while the joint dredging vehicle collects and transports mud and water above the entrance, with clear division of labor and each doing its own job.

The dredging robot participating in the rescue is small and flexible, making it easy to shuttle through narrow spaces. The staff does not need to take risks, but only needs to remotely control the robot to operate. The crawler chassis makes it fearless of mud, whether it is climbing a slope or crossing obstacles; its maximum operating radius can reach 50m, and the farthest suction distance is greater than 10m.

The joint dredging vehicle responsible for silting the exit has a sturdy body like a "Big Mac", matched with a large air volume and high negative pressure fan system. It can also use a diamond-shaped nozzle for high-pressure flushing to break up large pieces of silt, thoroughly remove all kinds of silt and dirt attached to the pipes, and carry out dredging operations simultaneously, taking over 50-200 meters of flat pipes and 13-50 meters of vertical suction and drainage, with an average daily dredging volume of 50m³.
