On July 4, the second China-ASEAN Housing Ministers' Roundtable Meeting was held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Minister of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Ni Hong led a delegation to attend the meeting, and SANY Group's rotating chairman, president, and SANY Construction Chairman Tang Xiuguo attended as a special guest.
At the meeting, Ni Hong proposed to build green, low-carbon, intelligent, and safe "good houses" to make people live more comfortably, more assured, and more at ease. Tang Xiuguo reported to Ni Hong the latest exploration results of SANY Construction's use of intelligent construction to empower the construction of good houses - SANY Smart Construction Overall Solution (SPCS 365), as well as the current achievements in the global market.
Before the meeting, Tang Xiuguo was invited by the Malaysian Ministry of Housing to participate in the 2024 International Building Exhibition, and conducted an in-depth investigation of the prefabricated affordable housing project developed by the Limkok Group and jointly implemented by SANY Creation Company. The project is one of the largest prefabricated residential projects in Malaysia, marking an important progress of SANY Smart Construction Overall Solution (SPCS 365) in the field of prefabricated buildings in Malaysia.

Since cooperating with LMS Group in 2018, the two sides have achieved the brilliant achievement of being the first in the delivery of prefabricated buildings in Malaysia through five years of unremitting efforts and have become the leader of the industry. During the three years of the epidemic blockade, SANY Construction and LMS Group worked closely together to successfully deliver more than 10,000 houses in Malaysia by taking advantage of the absolute advantages of the prefabricated system with less labor and high efficiency.
During the inspection, Tang Xiuguo introduced the SANY Construction Cloud Platform and the latest intelligent construction technology to the LMS Group in detail, and said that in the future, the advanced intelligent construction system will be used in Malaysia to comprehensively improve the overall efficiency, quality and sustainability of localized construction projects through digital and intelligent means, provide comprehensive intelligent solutions for the current construction industry, and continue to provide support and empowerment for construction projects in Malaysia and even the world.

During the exhibition, Tang Xiuguo witnessed the signing of a strategic cooperation agreement between SANY Construction and 1Malaysia Housing Company under the Ministry of Housing of Malaysia. The agreement focuses on the further development of prefabricated and green housing, marking the further expansion of SANY in the field of housing construction in Malaysia.
Coinciding with the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Malaysia, through this high-level visit between China and Malaysia and the signing of a number of strategic cooperation, SANY Construction once again demonstrated its hard technology in the field of prefabricated construction, as well as its confidence in global intelligent construction and residential industrialization. Looking to the future, SANY will continue to work with global partners to jointly promote the innovation of construction technology and provide more customers with high-quality, environmentally friendly and intelligent "good houses".
