From July 26 to 28, the Sany Group 2024 Global Strategy Seminar was grandly held at the New Pipa Creek Hotel in Zhangjiajie.
Sany Group Chairman Xiang Wenbo, Directors Yu Hongfu, Liang Linhe, Dai Qinghua, Huang Jianlong, Qi Jian, and heads of various business units and overseas marketing companies, overseas direct business units, overseas regional business units, Putzmeister, Sany India, and functional headquarters gathered online and offline to jointly explore a new chapter in the development of Sany's global business.
At this globalization strategy seminar, all members listened to special reports on services, accessories, information, human resources, and organizational capabilities, and conducted group discussions. Everyone worked together and brainstormed, and put forward a series of constructive opinions and suggestions to gather new wisdom and stimulate new momentum for further promoting the globalization strategy.
In 2023, Sany Group will upgrade the "internationalization" strategy to the "globalization" strategy, and put it at the top of the "three transformations" strategy. Xiang Wenbo said that "globalization" is both Sany's top priority and a long-term plan. In the past, "internationalization" was simply to sell products produced in China overseas. Now Sany's "globalization" is to turn product exports into industrial exports, and through global resource allocation, further promote localization and better meet the needs of global customers.
In the past year, Sany Group has vigorously promoted global organizational changes, comprehensively strengthened global R&D, service, manufacturing and other capabilities, and achieved the best overseas operating performance in history. Since the beginning of this year, Sany Group has continued to exert its strength, and international sales have maintained a strong growth momentum.
