The standard GB/T 44256-2024 "Earthmoving machinery pure electric tire loader energy consumption test method" released this time provides a standard reference for the energy consumption calculation of pure electric loaders, which is of great significance for promoting the standardization and standardization of the pure electric loader industry.

At the same time, the intelligent torque control, multi-operating mode, idle management and other control technologies make the energy saving effect of XCMG electric loaders 12% better than the market average, and the operating efficiency is more than 15% higher than the market average. The average energy consumption cost is only 1/4 of that of diesel engines, which greatly reduces carbon emissions and customer energy use costs. While taking into account low energy consumption and high efficiency, it ensures the surging power output, which is full of energy and meets the operating needs under various extreme conditions.
At present, XCMG's pure electric loader series products fully cover 0.7-11 tons, and have achieved intelligent product expansion. Intelligent shoveling, remote control, and unmanned loaders based on specific scenarios have all been sold, further helping customers save energy and efficiency, reduce costs and control expenses.
