In 2022, Sany Heavy Energy was successfully listed, and achieved operating income of 14.939 billion yuan in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 21.21%, ranking seventh among global wind power companies. For the photovoltaic sector, Sany Silicon Energy was established in 2022, and it successfully opened up the entire photovoltaic industry chain from monocrystalline to batteries and components in just 9 months.
At the same time, Sany Group has been deeply involved in the new energy vehicle track. Sany heavy trucks have continuously refreshed the sales record of commercial vehicle interconnection. The Magic Tower 1165 electric heavy truck has set a world record of 817.5 kilometers of driving range on a single charge. With a market value of 14 billion yuan, Sany Heavy Truck ranked second in the "2024 Hurun China New Energy Potential Enterprises Top 100 List".
As of August 2024, Sany Lithium Energy, which was established in 2022, has deployed 72 battery swap stations in 36 domestic cities and 4 overseas regions, with a total battery swap capacity of 102.03 million kWh and a cumulative carbon reduction of 88,900 tons. In the field of hydrogen energy, Sany Group has launched a leading performance hydrogen energy heavy truck and built the country's largest green electricity hydrogen production and hydrogenation integrated station in 2023 to meet the hydrogen energy demand in transportation scenarios.

The certification of electric products in the European market is complex, the standards are strict, and the maintenance personnel requirements are high. Sany develops products based on market and customer requirements. In June 2024, Sany's Dutch subsidiary obtained a signed pre-sale order for 20 SY215Es in the local area, and it is expected to deliver more than 35 units this year. This historic large order for electric excavators marks a new breakthrough for the company in the European electrification market and a first-mover advantage in the European electric excavator market.
Recently, Sany Heavy Energy successfully passed the verification of BSI, a world-renowned certification body, and became the first company in the wind power industry to obtain the ISO 20400 Sustainable Procurement Compliance Statement. This international standardization practice achievement in the field of sustainable development will help the company achieve long-term stable operation.
