Addressing the "slow drilling" issue, CRCHI has developed a kilometer-level directional coring drill rig. The entire machine is equipped with a self-developed wide-speed, high-torque power head (maximum torque 15000N·m, highest speed 800rpm), supporting stepless adjustment of speed, thrust force, and pump volume, precisely adapting to complex strata. The drill rig can match screw drill bits to achieve directional drilling, and can also match wireline coring drill bits to achieve rapid coring. For strata that do not require coring, screw drill bits can be replaced to quickly pass through, significantly shortening the construction period, truly achieving "point and shoot, see rock and know structure". By integrating various sensors, folding cranes, and mechanical hands for upper and lower rods, it has achieved automatic storage of drilling parameters, full mechanization of drill rod loading and unloading, and automated drilling, improving efficiency while greatly reducing safety risks and labor intensity.

Addressing the "incomplete coring" issue, CRCHI has successfully broken through the core technology of directional coring drill bits, solving the industry's problem of "cannot core while directional, cannot directional while coring". In extreme conditions such as hard rock, broken zones, and alternating water inflow in a certain tunnel, the drill bit performed brilliantly, achieving simultaneous directional drilling and continuous coring, with a maximum drilling speed of 3.3m/h, breaking the technical monopoly, and providing the most direct and real rock core evidence for building a "transparent geology".

High Precision and Resistance to Interference, Strong Magnetic Environment Guidance
Addressing the "inaccurate measurement" issue, CRCHI has developed a high-precision gyroscopic surveying system. This system effectively overcomes the strong magnetic interference caused by dense rebar and equipment inside the tunnel, with an azimuth accuracy of ±0.5°, reaching the top level in the country. The product supports dual-mode operation: real-time data transmission in the downhole mode for immediate correction; the storage mode records the trajectory completely, generating an accurate "electronic file", double insurance to ensure the equipment says goodbye to "blind exploration".

This technology can be extended to various complex scenarios. In geological exploration, accurate geological information is obtained through long-distance directional drilling and continuous coring. In tunnel advanced forecasting, "drill while digging" is achieved by arranging side passages to keep the drill hole ahead of the tunnel face. In TBM construction, drilling is precisely controlled in the target area, solving the pain point of "inaccurate drilling" in traditional TBM advanced drilling.
