Realistic FJS4500 Mixing Host Simulation Model by Fangyuan Group Debuts

Fangyuan's new FJS4500 main machine simulation model is based on the new Fangyuan FJS4500 mixing host, with the main body dimensions scaled down to a 1:15 ratio. It features dual motors mounted on top, with the model's main body measuring 208.5 mm in length, 203 mm in width, and 123 mm in height, and is designed to be used with Fangyuan's 2HZS270 mixing tower model.
The model's main machine discharge door is operated by a 5V micro-motor push rod to open the door. Its mixing materials consist of plastic solid spheres with diameters of 3 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm. The main machine's arc plate features a transparent acrylic observation window design, allowing for a direct observation of the mixing arms and mixing blades inside the mixing drum during the mixing operation of the main machine.
The successful design and production of Fangyuan's new FJS4500 main machine simulation model can provide users with a realistic visual interface, enhancing user experience, and can also be used for simulation training and scientific research teaching.
