In terms of electrified machines, the SY215E electric excavator is equipped with a 150kW permanent magnet synchronous motor and a 422kW·h high-performance battery, with a comprehensive endurance of 6 to 10 hours, and fast charging in no more than 1.5 hours. Coupled with the DOMCS dynamic optimization intelligent control system, it achieves high efficiency and low consumption. The SCP40C9 electric autonomous forklift uses 3D laser and vision fusion technology, with a repeat positioning accuracy of ±20mm, capable of fully automatic stacking of 5 layers up to 7 meters, and has autonomous obstacle avoidance and pallet adaptive recognition, empowering intelligent logistics for unmanned operations.
In the field of new energy and core components, Sany's green energy microgrid overall solution became the focus of the entire venue, and its "source-network-load-storage" integrated application has been implemented in global markets such as Zambia. Products such as the Magic Engine dual-motor assembly, EE architecture domain controller, and commercial vehicle-specific 345Ah battery cells all made their appearance, fully demonstrating Sany's leading advantages in the field of three-electric technologies. The new generation of intelligent control system solutions for construction machinery brought the latest achievements of Sany in the fields of single machine intelligence and coordinated construction of machine groups.
