LOVOL Heavy Industry has established an industry benchmark-level intelligent manufacturing layout across two locations and three factories, connecting the entire chain from core component precision processing, structural part forming, complete machine assembly, and factory testing, achieving digital and intelligent closed-loop control processes. This covers the mass production of the full range of products including 1.5t-200t excavators, 2t-12t wheel loaders, 70t-160t mining dump trucks, and excavator loaders. With a large number of digital and intelligent equipment deployed, the welding automation rate reaches 90%, the painting automation rate reaches 95%, and the final assembly logistics automation rate reaches 80%. On the basis of improving quality and efficiency, strict control over process standards from the production source ensures a high degree of uniformity in the quality of complete machines.
Entering the structural part production workshop, nearly a hundred automated welding robots work in coordination, taking on all core structural part welding processes.
The entire intelligent production line can lock welding errors within the millimeter range, with the first-time qualification rate of key welds stably above 99%, and welding production efficiency has seen a leapfrog increase.
The painting workshop is equipped with a closed automatic spraying production line, using two types of environmentally friendly materials, water-based paint and two-component epoxy solvent primer, which, while strictly meeting the requirements of domestic environmental protection regulations, effectively enhance the corrosion resistance and weather resistance of the machine's paint surface. The product's paint surface can easily adapt to various extreme working conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and high salt fog around the world.
