From June 13th to 14th, the 2026 Construction Machinery Industry Science and Technology Festival, co-hosted by the China Construction Machinery Industry Association and the High-End Equipment Research Institute of Zhejiang University, was held in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. At the thematic conference, Fu Ling shared Zoomlion's industrial practice of applying artificial intelligence technology in intelligent manufacturing, management transformation, and product innovation under the title "AI+Full Chain Fusion, Promoting the Coordinated Leap of Intelligent Manufacturing and Intelligent Equipment". She stated that with the Zoomlion Smart Industry City as the core carrier, the company focuses on the frontier applications of AI industrial intelligence and embodied intelligent robots, effectively enhancing manufacturing precision and production efficiency, completing the intelligent upgrade of management models, and deeply integrating cutting-edge AI technology into equipment R&D, promoting the intelligent iteration of the full range of high-end equipment products.

At the technology exhibition held concurrently with the Science and Technology Festival, Zoomlion concentrated on displaying new energy innovation achievements across the entire chain of hydrogen energy, electric drive, batteries, and electric control, covering core segments such as hydrogen production, fuel cell engines, and distributed power generation, power systems, and power batteries, showcasing a comprehensive set of zero-carbon construction machinery solutions. The entire product line, relying on independent simulation, anti-corrosion, thermal management, and intelligent control technologies, has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, long life, high safety, and strong environmental adaptability, meeting diverse zero-carbon application scenarios such as renewable energy hydrogen production, distributed power generation, and new energy construction machinery.

In the field of hydrogen energy equipment, the new generation of ZEW0100 series PEM electrolyzers and hydrogen production systems independently developed by Zoomlion can adapt to the variability of renewable energy sources such as wind and photovoltaic power, with low hydrogen production energy consumption and a wide adjustment range; the supporting ZLHC-HD series hydrogen liquid drive pumps are high-pressure resistant, highly reliable, and long-lasting, meeting the needs of hydrogen storage, transportation, and pressure boosting.
In the field of fuel cells, Zoomlion has independently overcome many core technologies. Its Qiming series distributed fuel cell power stations can handle both grid-connected and off-grid power generation, with a comprehensive energy efficiency of over 85%; the 200kW Qiming core fuel cell stack, specifically developed for construction machinery, has a peak power of 220kW, coupled with self-developed high-precision graphite bipolar plates, with core components under autonomous control, showing outstanding performance in terms of lifespan and consistency.
The electric drive and power battery components are also full of highlights. The 225kW shaft double motor achieves dual independent power output, with IP68 level protection suitable for extreme working conditions such as mining areas; the L230T1 and L306C2 battery packs are designed with standardization, featuring more than 30 fault protections and IP68 level sealing, adaptable to various types of vehicles such as loaders, mixer trucks, and buses. The 300kW high-power dual-module electric control uses a dual-module parallel scheme, with a maximum efficiency of 99% for the entire machine, IP69K level high protection, and strong resistance to load disturbances.
At this Construction Machinery Industry Science and Technology Festival, Zoomlion demonstrated a diversified layout of new energy technologies, relying on independent innovation to form a complete hydrogen energy and new energy technology chain, leading the development of the industry.
