Dual agreements landing: Innovating the "2+1+1" joint trainingLocal time from June 16th to 19th, the Fifth Tashkent International Investment Forum was held in Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan. The forum is the highest standard and largest scale annual economic event in Uzbekistan, with leaders and high-level guests from many countries attending, and representatives from more than 100 countries and regions, including international organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and business communities, participated.
During this period, Luo Guangjie, Vice President of XCMG Machinery, on behalf of XCMG, and Uktam Salomov, Deputy Minister of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, jointly signed a strategic cooperation memorandum.
At the same time, Ferruza Ruzymbayeva, Rector of Urgench State University, Zhang Lina, Director of XCMG Global Learning and Education Center and Principal of XCMG Technician College, and Huang Chuanhui, Vice President of Xuzhou University of Technology, jointly signed the "2+1+1" joint training project tripartite cooperation agreement.
This signing is an important measure for XCMG to implement the overseas talent localization strategy and deeply cultivate the Central Asian market. By accurately matching the needs of overseas industry development and cultivating local international talents, the foundation of XCMG's global local operation talents is strengthened.
Promotion meeting held: From deployment to systematic landing
On June 19th, the China-Uzbekistan University-Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Exchange Meeting was held. Salomov presided over the meeting, with heads of various functional departments of the Uzbek Higher Education Department, leaders of Urgench State University, Tashkent State Technical University, TIIAME National Research University and other universities attending. Zhang Lina, Huang Chuanhui and other XCMG delegations attended.
At the meeting, Salomov listened to the introduction of XCMG's industrial layout and investment plan in Uzbekistan, and clearly pointed out that XCMG's solid local industrial foundation and strong demand for localization talents are the core footholds for deep cooperation between the two parties.

He emphasized that the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China is also steadily developing in the field of education. Internationalization of higher education, expansion of dual education mechanisms, and cultivation of professional talents that meet the requirements of the international labor market are one of the national priority tasks. He fully affirmed the pivotal value of XCMG Global Learning and Education Center, and encouraged the center to continue to play the role of bridge and link between the education chain and the industry chain, to build a key platform for the international talent training in the field of China-Uzbekistan construction machinery.
Focusing on accurately matching XCMG's overseas talent training needs, the Uzbek side quickly promoted the joint training work of Urgench State University on site, and simultaneously linked with Tashkent State Technical University, TIIAME National Research University and other universities to continue to provide high-quality local international talents for the development of Central Asia.
Where industry development goes, talent training follows. Relying on a series of cooperations, XCMG links domestic and foreign educational resources to build a two-way integrated international talent training channel, cultivates local international talents, and is committed to creating the "XCMG model" of "Belt and Road" localization talent training, empowering high-quality development in Central Asia with a two-way integration of industry education and culture.
