XCMG Ranks 27th Among Top 500 Chinese Enterprises in New Media Index

Recently, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, in collaboration with Tsinghua University's School of Journalism and Communication and the China Enterprise Confederation, released the "China Enterprise New Media Index (Q1 2026)".
XCMG ranks 27th among China's top 500 enterprises, climbing two positions from the previous year, and continues to lead the construction machinery industry.
This index takes the top 500 Chinese enterprises and central enterprises as samples, integrating data from all platforms including WeChat, Weibo, short videos, and clients, serving as an important reference for measuring the brand communication power and digital influence of Chinese enterprises. Achieving a leap in rankings among numerous central enterprises and industry leaders is not just a change in communication data but also reflects the advancement of XCMG's soft power in global competition.
What is more noteworthy than the data is XCMG's substantive actions in the international market.
In early March, at the Las Vegas Construction Equipment Exhibition in the United States, XCMG showcased 35 North America-adapted products, systematically presenting "scenario-based integrated solutions." This shift from "products" to "solutions" is a microcosm of the transformation of Chinese manufacturing, represented by XCMG, from scale expansion to value enhancement.
In the first quarter, XCMG, in collaboration with global mining giant Ford River, jointly released two "world's firsts"—the largest battery-electric wheel loader and battery-electric wheeled bulldozer prototypes. Subsequently, XCMG signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with the Chilean Copper Group. In the second quarter, XCMG signed a joint venture agreement with ZF to establish "ZF (Xuzhou) Machinery Co., Ltd.". Australia, South America, China... XCMG's position in the global industrial chain continues to rise.
At the Boao Forum for Asia, Yang Dongsheng, Chairman and Party Secretary of XCMG Group and XCMG Machinery, was invited to attend the China-Australia Entrepreneur Dialogue; during the Finnish Prime Minister's visit to China, XCMG was present at the meeting table of the China-Finland Innovation Enterprise Cooperation Committee. In June, Yang Dongsheng was invited to attend a series of important Central Asian political and business events such as the AMM-2026 Astana Mining and Metallurgy Conference and the Tashkent International Investment Forum.
These actions send a clear signal: XCMG continues to expand and integrate into the depth and breadth of the global industrial and value chains, with significant results!
