This system is based on the technological route of industrial Internet of Things and fully automatic closed-loop operations, integrating multiple AI algorithm models, achieving an automation construction rate of 90%, a reduction in personnel by 43%, and effectively addressing the cost and efficiency challenges in fracturing construction.

Based on 12 core pieces of equipment, 14 major construction processes, and 19 key operations at the fracturing construction site, intelligent collaboration algorithms have been developed to achieve synchronized linkage of multiple devices, with control accuracy exceeding 98%, a comprehensive work efficiency increase of 55%, a reduction in on-site personnel by 43%, achieving precise unmanned construction at the well site, and significantly reducing the risk of faults.
AI Multimodal Perception + Intelligent Diagnosis
By integrating multidimensional sensor data from vibration, pressure, temperature, acoustics, and vision, AI algorithms construct a full-link fault diagnosis model, with a 100% detection rate and over 90% localization rate for abnormalities in 12 types of equipment, directly halving the maintenance time, and completely eliminating the efficiency pain points of time-consuming equipment fault troubleshooting and work stoppages in the traditional mode.
Edge Cloud Collaboration + Big Data Forecasting
Edge computing nodes analyze working conditions in real-time locally, dynamically optimizing equipment power and process collaboration, achieving precise energy consumption control, and device linkage at the millisecond level; cloud forecasting of maintenance needs keeps equipment in the best operating condition, from efficient operation of individual equipment to intelligent scheduling of the entire process, achieving a qualitative leap in on-site work efficiency.
Industrial Internet of Things + Fully Automated Closed Loop
The Industrial Internet of Things enables interconnection of all equipment, and the system automatically completes fluid allocation, sand mixing, and high/low-pressure processes, with precise matching of construction fluid and sand addition to phase targets without manual adjustment, and automatic triggering of emergency plans in case of abnormalities, increasing construction efficiency on a single platform by 20%.
