On June 25, the 2026 Changsha International Green Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization Expo opened at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. Among them, L962HEV is a revolutionary product that SDLG has developed based on a deep understanding of electric drive technology and years of technical accumulation, including several technological innovations such as self-developed full electric control systems, needle single walking motor + transmission drive technology, and intelligent energy management systems.
L958HEV is a 5-ton versatile product with an electric motor that has an automatic start-stop function, low energy consumption, and long endurance, widely applicable to harsh industrial and mining scenarios such as steel mills, tunnels, and cement plants. Its design without an overrunning clutch and torque converter makes the vehicle more reliable.
L936HEV is equipped with a large-capacity CATL 180 kWh battery pack, and the three electric systems all meet the high standard of IP67 or above. The dual-gun charging interface on the right rear and fast charging technology keep the equipment fully charged at all times.
In terms of excavators, SDLG's E660HEV is equipped with a CATL lithium iron phosphate battery, featuring a 34kW high-torque permanent magnet synchronous motor, paired with an MDS shock absorber for smoother operation; the self-developed controller intelligently allocates electricity, further optimizing endurance performance. The machine adopts a large opening hood and a detachable rear battery frame design, making maintenance and inspection convenient and efficient.
E6225HEV is a 22-ton electric mid-excavator, whose 8-inch LCD color touch screen and dual operation design with buttons allow the operator to easily select working condition modes and switch between left and right-hand operations with one click; it comes standard with a rollover protection cabin, using a high-strength frame structure, reinforced working devices, and durable walking mechanisms, strong impact resistance, and easily coping with various harsh working conditions.
