On June 25, the 2026 Changsha International Green Intelligent Construction and Building Industrialization Expo opened at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. During the tour of the exhibition, Ni Hong, Secretary of the Party Group and Minister of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, visited the Sany booth, listened to the on-site report by Tang Xiuguo, the rotating chairman of Sany Group, and fully affirmed Sany's innovation in leveraging equipment advantages, covering the entire lifecycle of construction, and practicing green and low-carbon construction industrialization.
At this Construction Expo, Sany, with the theme of "Urban Renewal · Sany Solution – Global Leader in Intelligent Construction Comprehensive Solutions", created a 1668㎡ dual-linked exhibition area: an outdoor area of 1080㎡ with equipment scenes and an indoor area of 588㎡ with six immersive thematic sections, fully covering the entire lifecycle of resource mining, construction, and urban renewal, and comprehensively showcasing the world's most complete engineering equipment matrix and integrated construction service capabilities.
In the outdoor equipment area, two 62-meter Sany pump trucks attracted attention by forming a heart shape in the sky, with intelligent hybrid pump trucks, electric excavators, electric dump trucks, autonomous paving and compaction machine groups, electric cranes, and electric mixer trucks neatly lined up for inspection.
Tang Xiuguo introduced Sany's fully electric equipment matrix to Ni Hong in detail, focusing on the specialized transport vehicles for prefabricated components and mobile crushing and recycling equipment. The crushing and recycling equipment can achieve the resource utilization of construction waste on-site, allowing the recycling of waste concrete aggregates, truly achieving resource conservation and environmental friendliness, and filling the key gap in urban renewal solid waste disposal.
Moving to the indoor exhibition area, Tang Xiuguo reported on the three core businesses - new energy, infrastructure, and mining & logistics, showcasing Sany's complete product matrix and industrial layout. Among them, in the intelligent construction section, Sany's solutions can empower five stages of the entire lifecycle of construction: investment and planning, planning and design, production and supply, construction and delivery, and operation and disposal.
Next to the SPCS3.0 physical model house, Tang Xiuguo explained that Sany SPCS, through the technical route of "hollow wall columns · equivalent heterogeneity · corner pouring later · surface work + industrialized electromechanical · assembled decoration", can achieve the goal of "structural safety & cost optimization, green intelligence & good · fast · saving" in construction.
At this exhibition, Sany also showcased the "Good House" project, San Sheng Yi Pin residential sand table, and digital house viewing interactive system, fully displaying the full-cycle results from equipment, technology, platform to quality housing, attracting continuous visits and exchanges from industry colleagues and representatives from housing and construction systems across the country. The project is located in the core of Sany Science and Technology City and is the first new regulation 4.0 slab residential project in Changsha East, positioning itself as the benchmark for improved ideal residential living in Changsha East.
This Construction Expo is an important window for Sany to showcase full-chain innovation and link the upstream and downstream of the industry.
