On June 29th, Sany Group's Lean Initiative Launch Ceremony and Lean Military Order Signing Ceremony were grandly held in Changsha. Mr. Liang Zaizhong, the Group's Chief Supervisor, Mr. Fu Weihong, Mr. Peng Song, dual commanders of the business divisions, and lean backbone personnel attended the meeting both online and offline, jointly initiating the group's new journey of lean transformation.

Mr. Liang Zaizhong pointed out that lean is not only an important tool for the group to deepen system construction but also a key path to enhance organizational capabilities and promote continuous improvement. Mr. Fu Weihong emphasized that lean is not a special task limited to the manufacturing link, but an important management tool to be comprehensively promoted in all departments and lines of the group. The lean concept should drive key tasks such as the transformation of the middle platform IPD, the reconstruction of the supply chain, the restart of lean manufacturing, and the reshaping of the quality system. With the determination of change, lean should be continuously promoted, and the effectiveness of the work should be tested by actual results.
Mr. Peng Song emphasized that lean is a business management method oriented towards customer value, systematically discovering and solving problems, and continuously eliminating waste. All units and lines must pay high attention from the ideological level and promote lean as a top-level project for a long time.
The core link of the ceremony, Mr. Fu Weihong signed the lean military order with the dual commanders of the 12 major business divisions, making a commitment to attack 100 lean model projects and 31 lean model production lines.
