Recalling the night of the earthquake, Sany's Chairman for Latin America and Colombia, Xie Zhiyi, still feels a lingering fear. "At that time, in Caracas, Venezuela, near the epicenter, we mobilized all the Sany equipment that could be mobilized."

Faced with the earthquake disaster, the local area does not have enough technical capabilities and equipment; the main lifting equipment is the crane mounted on vehicles, whose boom and weight are far from meeting the rescue standards."
Jiang Wangbing would synchronize some on-site rescue information in the group, allowing Xie Zhiyi to grasp the situation at the earliest time. He frankly stated that rescue and post-disaster reconstruction are long-term and complex processes, and the assembled joint rescue forces have the responsibility to protect the lives of their compatriots and help the local people.
Xie Zhiyi: "We used all the equipment that could be used. What we can do is to go to a place and see, if there are signs of survival, we stop there to rescue; if there are indeed no signs of survival, we go to the next disaster area, because many places have been severely affected."
