On July 4th, Sany Group Co., Ltd. officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Xiamen ITG Co., Ltd.

Under the joint witness of Liu Zhitao, President of ITG Shares, and Dai Qinghua, Director and Chief Engineer of Sany Group, Lin Bingxiong, Head of ITG Green Energy, and Shi Xingxing, Assistant to the President and Deputy General Manager of Sany Group's Mining Complete Project Department, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties. Li Peng, General Manager of ITG Iron Ore Group, and Ding Han, General Manager of ITG Qi Energy, along with other relevant business leaders, attended the signing ceremony.

According to the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective industrial strengths, focus on photovoltaics and mining as two core areas, and deeply collaborate around raw material supply, logistics distribution, project development, and financial services to jointly explore the global market.

Starting with this cooperation, both parties will continue to deepen resource sharing and capability complementarity, building a more resilient global industrial supply chain system and injecting new momentum into the development of global new energy and mining industries.
