Recently, Zoomlion's ZAT40000H7 all-terrain crane has successfully arrived at the Yan'an Ansai 100,000-kilowatt wind power project, strongly supporting the heavy lifting construction of the project and completely solving the pain points of wind power lifting in the mountainous areas of Northern Shaanxi, significantly accelerating the installation of wind turbines.
It is reported that the Yan'an Ansai 100,000-kilowatt wind power project is a key new energy project in the local area, and it is also a core project for optimizing the energy structure of the region and implementing the "dual carbon" strategy, which is of great significance for promoting the green and low-carbon high-quality development of the Yan'an revolutionary old district. Currently, the foundation pouring construction of the project's wind turbines has been fully completed, and a large number of wind turbines have officially entered the concentrated installation phase. Restricted by the complex terrain of the loess ridges in Northern Shaanxi, the carrying capacity and working radius of the original tower crane equipment of the project are limited, which cannot meet the needs of multi-machine synchronous construction, leading to low construction efficiency and hindering the progress of the project. To break through the construction bottleneck, the project department introduced Zoomlion's ZAT40000H7 ultra-large tonnage crane to seize the limited construction window period in the mountains.
As a benchmarking national heavy equipment of Zoomlion, the ZAT40000H7 all-terrain crane has strong performance and excellent scene adaptability, showing significant advantages in difficult construction conditions such as mountainous narrow site operations and high-altitude precision lifting. The equipment has good lifting stability and high positioning accuracy, which can effectively avoid safety risks in mountainous construction and greatly reduce the installation time of a single wind turbine, providing strong support for efficient construction of multiple machine positions in parallel. Relying on the hard-core performance of the equipment, the project department has optimized the transportation route at the same time, coordinated various resources such as manpower, machinery, and materials, and streamlined the entire construction process of component transfer, equipment assembly, and whole machine lifting, achieving seamless connection of various processes and fully accelerating the construction rhythm of the project.
The hoisting operation of the K01 machine position of the project was smooth throughout the process and the construction process was standardized, fully proving the reliable quality and strong construction combat power of Zoomlion's ZAT40000H7 equipment. With the full launch of the synchronous construction mode of multiple positions, the equipment continues to release the construction capacity of the mountain, escorting the on-time delivery of each node of the project. The equipment is equipped with an intelligent electro-hydraulic control system, with precise micro-motion control, sufficient safety margins against side winds and overturning, and can fully utilize the scattered suitable lifting periods in the mountain area, ensuring that the installation of high-altitude large pieces is smooth, safe, and controllable.
Previously, Zoomlion's ZAT40000H7 all-terrain crane has been implemented in several national key new energy projects such as the Anshan wind farm in Liaoning and the Jiuquan wind farm in Gansu, successfully overcoming various complex lifting conditions with excellent equipment quality.
