July 08,2026

During the Safety Production Month, Changlin Machinery, Changlin Heavy Industry, and Changlin Excavators, among other business units, closely followed the safety philosophy of "safety first, deeply ingrained in mind, strict management, risk control, and accident prevention." They conducted multi-scenario emergency drills to address safety control shortcomings in production lines and outsourcing teams, effectively reinforcing the primary responsibility for safety production and enhancing the emergency response and risk prevention capabilities of all personnel.
Changlin Machinery focused on the high-risk operations in the paint line, organizing related parties to conduct emergency drills for natural gas leaks and backfire explosions, realistically recreating various emergencies. Participants completed the entire process of emergency reporting, emergency extinguishing, personnel evacuation, and on-site rescue in a standardized manner, further standardizing the operation standards for high-risk jobs and eliminating safety blind spots in outsourced operations. Changlin Heavy Industry concentrated on three types of special emergency drills: lifting injuries, finishing fires, and vehicle injuries, combining typical accident cases to deepen the training effects, effectively consolidating employees' emergency response skills, and strengthening team coordination capabilities. Changlin Excavators simultaneously carried out risk control drills, continuously strengthening the safety control defense line at the production site. The company also jointly conducted comprehensive emergency drills with related parties of the 110kV substation operations, including power outages, electric shocks, and electrical fires, standardizing electrical emergency procedures through realistic operations, testing the emergency response capabilities of power operations and maintenance, and addressing the shortcomings in the plant's electrical safety control.
This series of practical drills closely aligns with the actual work scenarios of various positions, comprehensively covering safety risks in key areas such as production and electricity, effectively standardizing emergency response procedures, identifying and rectifying various safety hazards, and consolidating the foundation of the company's safety production management. The company will continue to solidify the effectiveness of the drills, carry out emergency training and hidden danger inspections as a regular practice, strictly implement safety control on-site and with related parties, prevent safety accidents from the source, and continuously strengthen the company's robust safety production defense line.
