To continuously deepen the integration of the dual brands and enhance the after-sales service support capabilities in the Latin America and Caribbean (LACA) region, recently, Sany Pump and Road Machinery's overseas marketing company, in conjunction with Putzmeister's teams in the United States and Brazil, successfully held the Sany & Putzmeister dual-brand pump truck LACA region dealer after-sales service training in São Paulo, Brazil.
As the first joint after-sales service training project between the two parties, this training focused on the frontline practical pain points of the Latin American and Caribbean market. The exclusive instructor, Peng Jiang, lectured on the electrical and hydraulic system technology of dual-brand pump trucks, adopting a "two days of theoretical teaching + two days of practical exercises + one day of comprehensive examination" model, which solidified the technical foundation for the regional service system upgrade.
In the classroom, Peng Jiang systematically explained the circuit diagrams, hydraulic principles, and common fault diagnostics of dual-brand pump trucks; the practical training site relied on real equipment to conduct fault elimination and repair operation training, comprehensively enhancing on-site service handling capabilities.
After the training, dealers from various regions highly recognized and unanimously praised this training, eagerly looking forward to the regular conduct of such empowering activities next year.
