Fuel Excavator Air Conditioning Standard Operation
Startup and Usage Steps: Start the engine and let it idle for 2 minutes before turning on the air conditioning; on high-temperature job sites, activate the recirculation mode and control the temperature around 25°C to avoid increasing engine load with prolonged low temperatures. After exposure to the sun, first open the windows and use high fan speed for external circulation to expel the hot air inside the cabin, then turn on the AC cooling for higher efficiency.

Daily Pre-Shift Inspection: ①Compressor belt: Check for cracks, slipping, or unusual noises; press down to ensure a standard tension of 10mm, replace immediately if damaged; ②Inspect the air conditioning lines for oil leaks or loose connections, with the high-pressure line being hot and the low-pressure line being cold indicating normal operation.
Weekly Condenser Deep Cleaning: On mining and waste soil job sites, willow catkins and mud can easily clog the heat dissipation fins; use compressed air to blow in reverse or rinse with low-pressure water; deformed fins will directly lose heat dissipation capability, and severely deformed fins require repair or replacement of the condenser.
Air Conditioner Filter (Clean Every 100 Hours): If the blower operates normally but the air output decreases, first check the inner and outer filters; use compressed air to blow away impurities, replace the filter if it turns black, is damaged, or has oil stains; a clogged filter can cause blower noise, moldy odors in the cab, and a significant drop in cooling performance.
Self-inspection for Refrigerant Malfunctions: First, clean the condenser; second, replace the air conditioner filter; if it's still not cool, observe the sight glass of the dryer bottle: many bubbles indicate a lack of refrigerant, no bubbles indicate an excess of refrigerant. Refrigerant replenishment, system vacuuming, and leak detection must contact LOVOL service engineers; adding refrigerant on your own can easily damage the compressor and poses safety hazards.

Power-On Operation Procedure: Turn the key to the ON position to awaken the instrument panel, start the power supply after the whole vehicle self-check is completed, and the READY indicator on the instrument panel lights up to indicate high voltage connection; open the air conditioning panel on the central control touch screen, supporting cooling, heating, multi-speed fan, internal and external circulation, and automatic defrosting.
Electric Excavator Air Conditioning High-Pressure Maintenance Safety Standards
Cleaning Safety Requirements: When rinsing the condenser or the vehicle body, the high voltage must be completely turned off, avoiding the orange high-voltage cable bundles, electric compressor, and battery pack control areas; strictly prohibit washing the electric control compartment with water under high voltage.
Daily Visual Inspection: Daily check the high-pressure plug of the electric compressor and the sealing gaskets of the thermal management lines for water seepage, oxidation, or looseness; after thunderstorms or heavy rain operations, focus on inspecting the waterproof covers of high-voltage components.
Cooling System Maintenance: The heat pump air conditioning is equipped with an independent cooling circuit; check the coolant level every 200 hours and regularly replace the dedicated insulating coolant; mixing with fuel machine antifreeze is prohibited.
Maintenance Operation Red Line: For any air conditioning disassembly, refrigerant addition, or pipeline maintenance, the high-pressure maintenance switch must be disconnected and the capacitor must be allowed to discharge; non-professional personnel are prohibited from touching the orange high-voltage lines to prevent electric shock accidents.
