■ One-click mounting and unloading of counterweight: independently developed by SANY, it realizes the functions of automatic alignment of the counterweight cylinder, automatic mounting and unloading and automatic counterweight identification, saving one auxiliary person for counterweight loading and unloading.
■Variable span: Any combination of the 4 outrigger lengths can be realized to fully exploit the lifting capacity in different directions. The lifting performance is improved by 20%, solving the problem of urban reconstruction and steel structure hoisting spaces where the outriggers cannot be fully extended and cannot be constructed.
■Intelligent one-button telescopic arm: The first in the industry, it realizes the intelligent coordination of the telescopic arm and the winch, ensuring that the height of the hook above the ground is always controlled within a safe range, solving the problem of cumbersome operation during the telescopic arm process and the need for long-term operation by the operator. Regarding the problem of the handle, the efficiency is increased by 10%.
■Operation 360 Surround View: In response to the problem of large hoisting construction spans and blind spots in the operation that are difficult to detect when non-workers enter by mistake, the industry’s first “Operation 360 Surround View” function applies machine vision technology to automatically identify and alarm non-workers who enter by mistake within 30m. The accuracy rate reaches 95%, effectively avoiding personnel safety risks.
■Driving 360-degree surround view: Combining real-time image processing and efficient fusion algorithms, the industry's first panoramic splicing of 6 cameras is achieved, solving the problem of blind spots during driving and eliminating the need for assistance personnel during transitions.
■High-precision torque limiter: independently developed by SANY, the hoisting weight and amplitude accuracy exceeds the national standard by 60%, and the hoisting safety performance is improved by 10%. The technology is internationally advanced and has been applied in batches.
■Alarm for abnormal rope tangling: For the first time in the industry, the industry has realized real-time monitoring of hoisting wire ropes and automatically identified abnormal rope tangling and alarmed. The risk of tangling ropes has been reduced by 90%, and the customer's risk of wire rope replacement losses and project delays caused by tangling ropes has been reduced.
