On July 22, the Shandong Heavy Industry Group Global Partners Conference and Green Intelligent Product Exhibition, themed "Technology Empowerment for Better Equipment," grandly opened in Hanoi, Vietnam. LOVOL, a subsidiary of Shandong Heavy Industry, unveiled a brand-new new energy product solution to global partners, unlocking a new path for green intelligent construction for global customers and supporting the low-carbon digital transformation of infrastructure and mining industries in Southeast Asia.

This solution is centered around three major power technologies: electric, cable, and hybrid, complemented by a full set of energy replenishment equipment including mobile energy supply vehicles, battery swapping vehicles, and charging piles, forming an integrated construction system covering all processes of excavation, loading, and transportation. The entire solution is suitable for various working conditions such as green mines, urban infrastructure, municipal engineering, and large material yards, enabling equipment to work continuously and stably around the clock, relying on differentiated power routes to meet the energy-saving and cost-reducing needs of different scenarios.

Accurately grasping market demands, LOVOL Heavy Industry deeply integrates new energy excavation, loading, and mining dump trucks of all tonnages and various differentiated working attachments, precisely addressing industry pain points such as high energy consumption of traditional equipment, single adaptation scenarios, and insufficient intelligence level, providing customers with a one-stop construction solution.

LOVOL Heavy Industry builds a complete new energy product matrix, covering a wide range of tonnages for engineering equipment:

• Electric products: 1.8T-21T excavators, 5T-8T wheel loaders, 105T-145T mining dump trucks;

The different routes have significant energy-saving advantages, among which, electric products save 50%-65% in energy consumption, cable products save 40%-60%, and range-extending hybrid products save 20%-30%.

Mining operations generally face pain points such as high fuel consumption, high operating costs, and dangerous working environments. In response to these needs, LOVOL Heavy Industry introduces the new energy mining scenario solution.

The solution covers all core processes of excavation, loading, and transportation, and can match the optimal power solution according to the scale of the mine, working duration, and power supply conditions, achieving efficient and low-carbon mining around the clock. For instance, the 135-ton methanol mining excavator used in Xinjiang, China, has worked for over 4500 hours, and based on an annual operation of 6000 hours, it reduces the annual energy cost by more than 1.85 million yuan compared to fuel-powered equipment of the same tonnage; the 130-ton range-extending hybrid mining dump truck in Indonesia has exceeded 45,000 kilometers in operation, saving more than 200,000 yuan per year in fuel costs alone, with its economic and equipment stability fully verified by actual working conditions.
