On July 27th, the 9th Shandong Province Workers' Professional Skills Competition and the 9th National Workers' Professional Skills Competition Shandong Province Selection - CNC Machine Tool Assembly, Adjustment, and Maintenance Competition kicked off in Zaozhuang. In response to the competition call from the Jining Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the company dispatched 3 competitors to compete on the same stage, winning second prize, third prize, and an excellence award respectively, fully demonstrating the company's skilled talents' exquisite professional capabilities and solid comprehensive strength.
This competition saw 51 competitors from 17 teams across 16 cities in the province competing on the same stage, with high event standards, broad coverage, and intense competition. Before the competition, the participants conducted targeted special training, focusing on core practical modules such as machine tool assembly and adjustment, fault diagnosis, and equipment calibration to fill in the gaps in their capabilities, striving to showcase their solid technical level. On the competition field, the three competitors completed various practical procedures in a standardized manner, quickly diagnosed equipment faults, strictly controlled the precision of operations, and calmly and composedly met various competition challenges.
Participating in this competition has built a good platform for the company's skilled talents to learn and practice through competition, and to learn from each other.
