Sany Heavy Energy's 5A Rated Wind Farms Reach 50% Growth, Setting a New Record

Recently, the China Electricity Council officially announced the 2025 annual benchmarking results for wind power operation indicators in the electricity industry. Sany Heavy Energy supplied 34 wind farms that were rated as "Outstanding Wind Farms," among which 9 received the highest "5A" rating, 14 were rated "4A," and 11 were rated "3A." The number of 5A wind farms increased by 50% compared to last year, with both the total number of awards and the number of top awards setting a new historical record.
The China Electricity Council's wind power operation benchmarking is one of the most authoritative and credible annual evaluations in the industry, with its results directly reflecting the reliability of the turbines. In this year's participating wind farms, out of nearly 4000 evaluated wind farms, Sany Heavy Energy's 34 wind farms are spread across 18 provincial regions nationwide, covering almost all mainstream wind power development scenarios such as Gobi, desert, mountain, grassland, and hills. Among them, the Jinsha project in Fuxin, Liaoning, was rated first in its region, the Gaoshanzhang project in Jiangxi ranked first, and Hunan region led the provinces with 6 awarded "Outstanding Wind Farms," fully validating the universality and reliability of Sany's turbines under all conditions.
