On September 28, the 2026 First-Quarter Lean Achievement Presentation Conference was held grandly at SANY's Changsha Industrial Park. Group directors, business unit leaders, and key personnel joined the meeting both online and offline.
At the conference, six outstanding business units reported their lean-building achievements, and nine excellent improvement projects competed on the same stage, systematically summarizing the first-quarter progress and comprehensively reviewing the phased results of the group's lean initiatives.
The conference fully recognized the phased achievements of the lean work and the positive atmosphere it has fostered, and stressed three points: first, lean management must serve as the core driver for building the organization's internal momentum, pursued consistently and thoroughly over the long term, with real outcomes used to validate improvement results; second, the focus should be on enhancing organizational capability, enabling employees to master methods for analyzing and solving problems, and forming a SANY lean system that creates tangible benefits; third, lean practices should extend across all areas of operations, with each business unit and functional department continuing to invest resources, cultivate lean talent, and refine an incentive mechanism oriented toward actual contribution and improvement outcomes.
Group Director Fu Weizhong delivered the first-quarter lean improvement report. He pointed out that lean is a long-term management approach—doing the right things in the right way and taking basic common sense to its fullest extent. He emphasized that lean must serve the business, create value, and build capability. No matter how grand the strategy, it cannot match the day-to-day organizational culture; a lean enterprise pursues not a one-time improvement result, but a replicable and inheritable culture of compound growth.
Group Director Liang Linhe, who hosted the conference, noted that from the first-quarter results, the group's lean improvements have begun to bear fruit, with active participation and strong momentum across all units. He encouraged all colleagues that improvement has no end, and hoped this presentation conference would serve as an opportunity to continuously deepen and solidify lean improvement across the entire group.
The conference solemnly commended the advanced collectives and individuals who emerged during the first-quarter lean work.
