On October 21, the on-site meeting on high-quality railway construction and 'three-self management' to drive full-process mechanization and quality-efficiency improvement in tunneling was held on the Jiangxi section of the Chang-Gan Railway. CRCHI's L3-grade remotely-supervised fully-computerized drilling jumbo, digital arch-erecting jumbo, and digital drill-anchor-grout integrated machine were showcased at the tunnel observation point.
This on-site observation focused on the goals of 'equipment self-owned, teams self-managed, production self-controlled,' deepening the full-process mechanization of tunneling. At the entrance of the Yunling Tunnel, CRCHI's remote centralized command vehicle coordinated with the L3-grade fully-computerized drilling jumbo: an operator 4.8 km away remotely monitored the jumbo's autonomous operation at the face of the Pingli Tunnel entrance, practically implementing China Railway Group's philosophy of 'putting life-first and safe-development concepts throughout the entire process of construction, thoroughly implementing the three-self management requirements, minimizing all quality and safety accidents, and achieving intrinsic safety.' The new-generation drill-anchor-grout integrated machine completes embedded resin-bolt drilling-anchoring-grouting in one keystroke operation; bolt construction data is uploaded to the engineering-management platform in real time, making construction-data quality traceable. The laser-projection device it carries supports visual bolt-hole layout, significantly improving bolt positioning accuracy. Relying on intelligent equipment and information technology, a safety technical-defense system for tunnel support is built, resolving risks before excavation work begins.

At the exit of the Yanqian Tunnel, an arch-erecting jumbo upgraded with a work-completion valuation function gave a live demonstration. Through a weight-weighing module for the arch frame and an integrated scanning-positioning instrument module, the equipment precisely collects key data such as the actual weight of the arch frame and the installation mileage, and uploads them to the work-completion valuation platform — opening the data link between field equipment and valuation, and providing quantifiable, traceable data support for the project's 'production self-control.'
