Visitor appointment process
Enter the system
Visitors need to follow and enter the "Shantui" WeChat official account, then click the bottom menu "About Shantui" → "Visitor Appointment".
Log in / register
On the "Visitor Management System" login page, enter the visitor's mobile phone number, obtain and enter the SMS verification code (you must check to agree to the privacy policy), then click "Log in".
Submit appointment
After successful login, click the "Visitor Appointment" module on the home page. Fill in the visitor information truthfully (name, gender, mobile phone number, ID number, etc.), license plate number, visiting unit, visited person and visit reason, then click "Submit Appointment" after confirming everything is correct.
Read the notice
Before submitting the appointment, please be sure to carefully read the "Visitor Notice" and comply with all park management regulations.
Get the credential: After the appointment is approved, the visitor can view a 6-digit access visitor code in the mobile SMS, and can enter the park after arriving at the gate and informing the guard for verification.
