A Solemn Statement on the "TZ" Trademark and Company Name

Taiyuan Heavy Machinery Group Co., Ltd. (TZ Group) lawfully enjoys exclusive rights to the "TZ" trademark and the "TZ" company name and trade name. No enterprise or individual may, without TZ Group's authorization and permission, use its company name, trademark, domain name, website name, social media name or any other commercial identifier. This statement concerns 14 enterprises that have used the "TZ" designation in their registered business names. Since the enterprises listed in the annex are neither subsidiaries nor affiliated companies of TZ Group, and to prevent public misunderstanding or confusion, TZ Group hereby solemnly clarifies and declares as follows:
1. TZ Group has no investment relationship with the listed enterprises and has not authorized or permitted them to use the "TZ" trade name; TZ Group assumes no legal obligation or liability for any business activities of the listed enterprises or their subsidiaries.
2. Any organization or individual that, without authorization, uses the "TZ" trademark or trade name or conducts market activities in the name of TZ must immediately cease all unlawful acts. TZ Group reserves the right to pursue corresponding legal liabilities in accordance with the law.
We urge the public to distinguish and identify carefully, stay vigilant, and avoid harm to your legitimate rights and interests.
