Modular fixtures support model changeover within 1.5 hours, and 90- to 150-ton-class wide-body trucks can be produced on the same line to meet customers' customization needs across different regions and duty cycles. Thanks to the deep integration of motor, electronic control and reducer, the final-assembly takt time is shortened by 20%. The line is also equipped with a full-chain digital traceability system and intelligent inspection with quality early-warning, establishing a "one file per vehicle" digital archive for each truck from raw-material intake to roll-off, with key parameters recorded in real time and fully traceable. Once process parameters fluctuate, the system warns in advance, shifting quality management from after-the-fact inspection to in-process prevention.
