Fangyuan HZS180 Concrete Mixing Plants Successfully Launched on Zhangzhou-Zhao'

Recently, two sets of Fangyuan HZS180 model concrete mixing plants have completed full installation, calibration, and joint debugging at a section of the Zhangzhou-Zhao'an Expressway project, achieving a one-time successful commissioning and stably supplying concrete for the entire line. With the dual-station large-capacity hard-core strength, the project ensures the steady advancement of the high-speed construction project in this section.
The Zhangzhou-Zhao'an Expressway is a key passage connecting Fujian, Guangdong, and Hainan, linking the two major economic circles of the Xiamen Bay and the Pearl River Delta. As an important regional economic link, it stimulates development along its route. The mixing plant serves a section of the expressway that is 19.2 kilometers long, setting extremely high standards for the plant's production capacity, mixing accuracy, and continuous stable production capabilities. The dual HZS180 model mixing plants from Fangyuan have been stably commissioned at once, completely solving the problem of large-scale continuous concrete supply for the project.
After a long period of full-load joint production verification, the two HZS180 model mixing plants have demonstrated smooth material feeding without blockages or leaks, stable measurement values, and efficient and coordinated operation in sync, fully matching the concentrated pouring construction rhythm of bridges and culverts in the section.
