On August 25th, under the leadership of the Group's Key Account Department, Sany's full set of self-developed integrated charging and battery swapping equipment clusters officially set off for the plateau's major engineering project site, marking a crucial step in the deployment of Sany's integrated charging and swapping equipment combined with energy replenishment equipment.

This delivery includes a comprehensive range of equipment, covering excavators, wheel loaders, mining dump trucks, dump trucks, concrete mixer trucks, and tractors, along with mobile energy replenishment vehicles and containerized charging and swapping stations, totaling 8 sets of equipment. The site adopts an integrated charging and swapping model, supporting quick battery swapping and high-power supercharging, catering to the project's multi-shift continuous operation, and establishing a comprehensive operation system that is "universal for multiple vehicle types, and covers all in one station."

All equipment is deeply developed based on the heavy-load electric engineering positive R&D platform, equipped with Sany's dedicated engineering power battery system. It is customized for extreme conditions such as high vibration, high dust, and wide temperature ranges in mining, water conservancy, and other applications, with a liquid cooling thermal management system, full-range dust-proof and shock-resistant, and heavy-load impact protection system, ensuring stable and reliable operation in complex environments.

Currently, the development of electric construction machinery has evolved from individual machine iteration and upgrading to a new stage of integrated equipment and energy replenishment system deployment.
