Notice Soliciting Comments on the Group Standard 'Quantification Method for Car

To all relevant units and experts:
Under the work arrangement of the Dual-Carbon Working Committee of the China Construction Machinery Association, the group standard "Quantification Method for Carbon Footprint of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms for Construction Machinery" has completed its draft for comment after more than ten rounds of discussion and revision by the working group. To ensure the quality and operability of the standard and further refine its content, the draft for comment (see Annex 1) is now open for industry feedback from September 13 to October 12, 2026. Relevant units are invited to submit written comments (see Annex 2) to the working group.
