The project is a high-rise residential development with heavy vertical-transport demands and high requirements for equipment safety and stability. The batch-deployed Fangyuan SC200/200 intelligent construction hoists pair a feature motor with a hardened-gear reducer for high transmission efficiency and long-duration, high-intensity continuous operation. Equipped with high-precision tension sensors for real-time load monitoring, they automatically start and stop and dock precisely once a landing is selected, and intelligently dispatch calls from multiple floors — effectively improving the transfer efficiency of materials and personnel without dedicated operators, greatly saving on labor costs.
On the safety side, floor-door interlock devices and an intelligent monitoring system can monitor operating speed, height, onboard personnel and load in real time, providing multiple protections such as anti-falling, fault warning and automatic self-check, with real-time voice prompts that greatly reduce the risks of working at height.
After the equipment arrived on site, Fangyuan Group's after-sales service engineers actively cooperated with the project team to complete installation and commissioning, and provided comprehensive training to project personnel on operating standards, fault troubleshooting and daily inspection, earning high recognition from the customer.
