An innovation studio builds the stage; highly skilled talent takes the lead. Recently, the company's employee innovation studio development brought good news: the Wang Yongjing Innovation Studio was successfully selected as a 2026 national-level supported model worker and craftsman innovation studio, completing the leap from a provincial key supported innovation studio to a national supported entity, marking another step forward in the building of the employee innovation platform.
The national model worker and craftsman innovation studio is a national-level innovation studio directly supported by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, carrying great weight. Since its establishment, the Wang Yongjing Innovation Studio has always been rooted in the front line of high-end equipment manufacturing, focusing on CNC machine tool technical breakthroughs, localization substitution of key components, and the training of skilled talent echelons. It has successively completed more than 70 technical breakthrough projects and achieved more than 40 innovation results, continuously injecting innovative vitality into intelligent and digital transformation and upgrading.
While being selected as a national supported entity, the Wang Yongjing Studio also delivered fresh news of technical breakthroughs: after five months, it achieved a leap from zero to one, independently building a full-chain energy management information solution integrating data entry, storage management, analysis and statistics, and visual display, greatly improving the efficiency of daily energy management work, and becoming a vivid epitome of the studio's drive toward high-level digital transformation through independent innovation.
In recent years, the company has attached great importance to the building of employee innovation studios. It has now established 2 national-level, 2 national-industry-level, 4 provincial-level and 3 municipal-level studios, and launched an alliance of studios, forming a well-graded and widely covered innovation front for highly skilled talent. Just this year, the 11 studios, focusing on practical production and operational problems, organized more than 200 technical breakthrough projects and conducted more than 150 technical training sessions, becoming an important carrier for the enterprise to solve production difficulties, drive technological iteration, and cultivate highly skilled talent.
