Built for mining heavy loads and high-frequency climbing, it targets the real pain points of power and efficiency. Sany's team explained the motor, electronic control, and complete vehicle, showing how the system delivers faster, steadier, and more enduring climbing. The powertrain uses the industry's largest one-thousand-horsepower flat-wire motor and the largest-torque electric-drive transmission, with a thirty-eight percent loaded climbing gradient and sixty-six percent faster climbing. It also adopts the industry's first silicon-carbide six-in-one controller and an eight-hundred-volt platform, the first full-stack eight-hundred-volt powertrain chain. In real operation in Pu'er, Yunnan, vehicles saved eleven point seven kilowatt-hours per hundred kilometers, adding trips and cutting time.
