Content Validity:At CRCC, we don't just build machines, we shape the future. Recently, we held an unprecedented Riveter Skills Competition, aiming to promote the spirit of model workers, enhance employee skills, and forge an elite team. The competition was divided into theoretical exams and practical skills, with 58 competitors battling it out at 10 workstations. They showcased exceptional craftsmanship and solid foundations with their precise blueprint reading and exquisite riveting skills. From sketching to flame cutting, from grinding to assembly, every step was a testament to the competitors' sweat and wisdom. In the end, we awarded first, second, and third prizes to recognize their outstanding performance. CRCC's leader, Tan Guangyong, emphasized at the closing ceremony that skilled talents are the cornerstone of the company's high-quality development. We will continue to deepen the construction of skilled talent teams, providing more growth opportunities for skilled talents and injecting new vitality into the enterprise.
