On August 28, the inauguration ceremony of LiuGong Peru was held in Lima, the capital of Peru. The event, themed "Green Dynamics of the Andes, Smart Link to the Future", was attended by Zheng Jin, Party Committee Secretary and Chairman of LiuGong Group and LiuGong Corporation, Vice President Li Dongchun, and Peru's Deputy Minister of Environment Soto, among others. Over 200 representatives from government institutions, industry associations, customers, and partners were present to witness this historic moment.
Deep Cultivation in Mining and Infrastructure, Advancing Green and Intelligent Development
Peru is a globally significant mining market with a continuously growing demand for efficient, reliable, and low-carbon engineering equipment and services in mining and infrastructure construction. Relying on its global R&D, manufacturing, and service systems, LiuGong will further accelerate the application of electric and intelligent products and technologies in Peru, focusing on key areas such as mining and infrastructure. This will provide local customers with more efficient and greener equipment and solutions, and through the optimization of total cost of ownership (TCO), help customers improve the operational efficiency and overall value of their equipment.
Launching the First Green Alliance Project in Latin America, Deepening Local Cooperation
During the opening, LiuGong's first Green Alliance project in Latin America was officially launched in Peru. LiuGong will collaborate with local governments, customers, and partners to carry out green public welfare practices, promote the application of electric products and green technologies, and create more social value for communities.
At the same time, LiuGong signed a school-enterprise cooperation agreement with Peru's National Service of Industrial and Technical Training (SENATI), further connecting industry demands with talent cultivation, providing more technical learning and practical opportunities for local youth, and supporting local talent development.
