Ultra-Heavy Iron Concentrate Loads — Every Scoop Is Real Strength
Iron concentrate has a bulk density of 2.5–3.3 t/m³, about 1.8 times that of ordinary sand and gravel. Doubled material density pushes a full bucket to twelve or thirteen tonnes, doubling the operating load. Such harsh conditions demand far more from the loader's power, chassis strength, hydraulic lifting and braking than ordinary material handling. The ever-climbing working-hour count on the onboard smart screen is a true record left by high-density iron-powder heavy-load operation.
Heavy Load, Not High Consumption — Millions Saved Over 10,000 Hours
Heavy-duty operation need not come with high fuel consumption — that is another important answer from the YX670HEV hybrid wheel loader. In same-condition tests, a comparable fuel loader scooping iron concentrate consumed 24–26 L/hour; under the same intensity the YX670HEV averaged only 12–13 L/hour, a fuel saving of over 50%. And the hybrid model needs no urea injection — every drop of diesel saved is pure profit for the enterprise.
Over a single unit's 15,000-hour cycle, cumulative diesel savings are about 180,000 litres, equivalent to over 1.2 million yuan in fuel cost. With more than 40 units running in parallel, fuel alone saves on the order of tens of millions of yuan. The longer it works, the more it saves; the more it is used, the greater the benefit.
